2. Does the average cap fit my head?

In general, the size of most lace front wigs is average, and with the high elastic adjustable straps, more than 98% of customers feel it is stronger and comfortably fits with their head. It can keep the wig stable on the head even during exercise

3. Why isn't every strand of hair the same length?

Our hair is 100% human hair, As our own hairs, real human hair is not possible to grow the exact same length of every single strand. That is why human hair ends are always thinner than the top. Please fully understand and consider before placing an order.

4. How to Confirm the wig density?

The wig density is closely related to the weight. For different Densities, the weight is also different, when you receive the wig and doubt the density does not meet your order request, please weigh the hair and send us a picture to confirm.

5. How To Keep Human Hair Wig Shape?

While you're sitting at home, take it off and put it on a wig stand. The stand will help keep its shape and taking it off your head takes away from your own tugging and pulling hairs out.

6. How long can the hair last ? How to take care well of the hair ?

It can last a year at least if you take care of it well.Maintenance Manual:

• Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair when you wash the hair.
• Wash the hair gently in warm water with hair conditioner.
• Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally.
• Use wide-tooth comb (Straight/ Body Wave/ Loose Wave) or finger (Deep Wave/ Water Wave/ Kinky Curly) detangle the hair

7. Can this hair be Iron-flat & Curled or dyed?

Our virgin human hair can be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat, Please don’t exceed 302ºF, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat. More questions, pls contact us freely.

8. How to Measure Hair Length?

You can use a wig head to measure the wig length. If you do not have a wig head, you can simply place the unit on a flat table to measure the hair length.

• Place the wig on a wig head or lay it flat on the table. If you have a curly or wavy wig, straighten the hair gently as much as possible.
• Use a soft measuring tape to measure the longest hair strand on the unit. Make sure you measure it from the crown of the hair till the end of the hair strand.

9. Is your wig/hair getting tangled or shedding

It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, and twice a week is even better. Brazilian virgin hair needs to be combed from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions. If the hair is wavy or curly style, which we don't suggest combing it. If you have to, please comb it with hands or a wide-tooth brush gently. Tight-tooth brush will ruin the hair’s original shape and make it frizzy and feel like tangled! Please always comb the hair from the ends and work your way up. When you dye the hair with bleach powder, please control the time within 5 minutes. If you dye it with dye cream, you need to control the time within 20 minutes. Otherwise, the hair will be damaged by cream if you leave it too long there, which will lead to shedding. When sleeping, please bond the hair with an elastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shapes-changing. After waking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends and working your way up to the roots. When swimming, we suggest wearing a swimming cap. Because the sea water or pool water is not good for hair, and it will make the hair tangled and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.

Curlymuse hair can last a year or more with proper care. Avoid cutting wefts, seal them before installation, and follow a moisture-rich regimen. For curly textures, periodic removal for washing and conditioning extends durability. Use co-washes and avoid heavy products or alcohol-based formulas.

Treat it like your own hair. Use quality shampoo, leave-in conditioner, and avoid leaving products like gel or spray for too long. Recommended products include Pantene PROV and Olive Oil Hair Polisher.

3. How to wash a lace wig?

Wash gently with warm water and shampoo. Brush from bottom to top, absorb moisture with a towel, and blow-dry knots before styling. For quick refreshes, spray with water mixed with conditioner to revive curls.

4. How to prevent hair from shedding?

Brush gently from bottom to top, blow-dry knots before combing wet hair, and avoid pulling through lace when adjusting the hairline. Handle carefully to reduce shedding and lace damage.

5. How do I store my wig?

Store on a wire wig stand in a clean, dry place away from heat and humidity. Avoid enclosing it in boxes or plastic bags except for travel.
